As I posted few days ago, Takara (Subaruto) is going to release one Tiger I with interior details in C3 show this summer in Japan. Of course, not in this kind of details as the one you mentioned but it's easier if you want to build one by yourselves based on this Takara offers. May be you can also get a PE part from a garage kit manufacturer in Japan in a couple of months.
